History

We have evaluated, purchased and sold dozens of businesses over the last 15 years. Premara Group was started because of a gap we noticed in the mergers & acquisitions industry. During the due diligence process we have worked with brokers who weren’t familiar with enough details of the businesses they represented to provide much value, and we have worked with large investment banks with massive back office support teams consisting of mostly junior employees. Our primary goal as a business is to have experienced business operators work directly with our clients to provide an optimal outcome.

Our team of advisors has experience running the types of companies we represent. This means we understand the nuances associated with trying to acquire or sell a business. We have experience running large teams in Fortune 100 organizations and early stage startups with less than 10 employees.
